Our WordPress website is hosted on Railway infrastructure in Europe. Hosting and security systems process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information, the requested URL and access time, to deliver the website, investigate errors and protect it against misuse. Railway is a service provider based in the United States; its privacy information describes its processing.
If you contact us by email or use a furniture enquiry form, the information you provide can include your name, email address, telephone number, selected furniture, dimensions, material and delivery destination. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss a quotation. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry. We do not send the contents of enquiry forms to Google Analytics.
We keep customer enquiries and correspondence for one year. Access is available to the llab team. We do not share enquiry correspondence with third parties for their own use. The separate technical processing involved in hosting this website and optional Analytics is described below.
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, product views, quote-form openings, contact-link clicks and downloads. It can process a browser identifier, pages viewed, interactions, browser and device information, a referring website and approximate location derived from the network connection. We load the Google Analytics tag only after you choose Accept analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing our furniture.
Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. Page query strings and fragments are removed from the page URLs we send to Analytics. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number or enquiry text as analytics event parameters.
Google provides Analytics through Google Ireland Limited for users in Europe and uses infrastructure that can involve processing in the United States and other countries. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s regional data and privacy information for details.
We save your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage under llab-analytics-consent-v1 for 180 days. When analytics is accepted, Google uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_…; our tag sets an expiry of 180 days, which may be renewed on a later visit. You can change your choice using Privacy settings on any page. Declining after accepting disables our tag, removes its _ga cookies for this domain and reloads the page. Removing browser storage may cause the choices banner to appear again. WordPress also uses necessary authentication cookies for signed-in administrators.
The website can load external resources such as Google Fonts and social content. Those providers can receive technical connection information when a resource is requested. Following Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp links opens a service operated by that provider, under its own privacy terms. Your analytics choice controls our Google Analytics integration; it does not change the privacy settings of those separate services.
You can contact hello@llab.design to ask about the personal data we hold about you, request access or correction, or ask for deletion or restriction where applicable. You can withdraw permission for future analytics collection through Privacy settings. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the data protection authority in your country.
